Into Shipping & Returns:
 ◆ International shipping takes within 1 week time delivery usually. Additional delays may occur during the months of September to March due to the high demand and heavy load on postal service and customs. www.torontotrainingandhr.ca is not responsible for the loss or damage of your order in transit. This responsibility is passed on to you as soon as we hand the order to the shipping company.
 International orders may be subject to import taxes / duties. For information, please contact your local customs authority. These fees shall be paid by the recipient of the package and are not paid by www.torontotrainingandhr.ca.

 ◆ Before enjoying easy exchange and return policy, you must contact us for returning shipping address before sending the items back. All items sent back to us must be in their original condition ie not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached. All the returned shoes should be sent to the shipping address we will email you.
 ◆ All ordered items are the right items you pick here. We promise you of the right order package. So if returning right items for a refund: all returned items are subject to a tax of 25% and return shipping fee $ 30. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
 ◆ We do not cover the shipping cost of return or exchange of right order package, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.

Into TRADE:
 ◆ We accept exchanges for a different size or color within 30 days from the date of original shipment of the order.
 ◆ Please contact us with your Order ID and the tracking number of your order. If you want to exchange the items for a different style, you would have to return your items for a refund * (per person return policy) and place a new order for the style you prefer.
 ◆ You must contact us before sending the items back. All items sent back to us must be in their original condition ie not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached. Worn or dirty items will be returned to you.
 ◆ We do not cover the shipping cost of exchanges, you will be responsible for the return postage and for the shipping cost of shipping the exchanged items back to you.

Into ORDER CANCELLATION:
 ◆ If you want to cancel the order, you must email us immediately. Cancellation fee of 25% will apply. Most orders are shipped within 1-2 days from the order date. Orders shipped can not be canceled.
